Taking delivery of a new car is supposed to be an amazing experience, but for the owner of a Tesla Cybertruck in the US, it turned into a debacle when he left the showroom with the wrong vehicle. So, how did this nightmare unfold?

 

Late last week, IT executive Vikas Parikh aired his grievances on X, detailing his experience at a Tesla delivery center in Houston, Texas. In tweets directed at Elon Musk and Tesla, Parikh recounted visiting the Houston-Cypress center to pick up his Cybertruck, only to encounter a problem with the passenger seat during the handover
