I have been saying this for years here at this site.
Imagine what would happen of all of a sudden - every other car on the road just stopped moving!

How about a site the "Updates" your computer software to limit your speed to 25MPH and then follows that by Blocking it from being defeated! Imagine having to replace every car computer system.

WE will have to go back to the good old days and learn to use a MAP!!!
