Odd given that "Adventurer" has been used with Dodge trucks. I'd prefer Bronco Scout.

Matt: You of all people should know that International Harvester used the Scout name on a vehicle!!!!

I in fact DO know that. BUT...my preference for the "Scout" name over the "Adventurer" name was because it was used on DeSotos (sedans) and Dodge pickups, so NOTHING that works with "Bronco". "Scout" on the other has DOES. I have flipped a few Scouts because Broncos are too expensive to buy anymore. Flipping a Bronco is hard to make a profit on because all that's left are basket cases. Scouts are basket cases, but you can buy one for $500 to $3K, drop $15K into it and sell for $30K or more.

It is the same platform as the new Ford Escape. This does not indicate that it will be a direct competitor for the Jeep Wrangler, more the Compass.
