VIDEO: Granny Got Run Over By A TAZER

A routine traffic stop for a busted tail light ended up with an Oklahoma police officer using a taser on a 65-year-old woman. Debra Hamil was arrested and charged with felony assault on a police officer and one misdemeanor for resisting arrest after she attacked the cop following a brief chase.

The officer asked Hamil to sign an $80 ticket for having a broken tail light. She refused to sign the ticket and asked the officer why he couldn't just give her a warning.

"I don't think that I deserve to pay $80 for something that is fixable — and I can fix it if that's all you want me to do," she told him.

LMAO....Soooooo noooooobody is gonna say it??? Ok I appreciate these consistent videos of white people attacking cops and living to see another day.

A few months ago Spies posted an article of a white guy beating the crap out of an officer with a bat, after the cop asked him to stop Attacking public property and simply got arrested, cop went away in an ambulance

We all know things would have gone a little differently here had this been an unarmed black guy, the cop would’ve reached for a gun...not a tazer...just sayin

You are absolutely ?? correct on that one. I’m actually surprised he tased her. She was absolutely wrong but she got a whole lot more rope than I would have. It’s evidenced by two stories this week. The 1st one where the black guy got beat for speeding and asking what he did wrong. The 2nd where the same thing happened, he didn’t get beaten but definitely got a black eye and a bloody nose. Challenging white supremacy is a mf.
I’m sure I’ll get deboosted but I don’t care. The guys that do it have never been a minority in this country so they just can’t relate.

Lol the deboost are great, it lets you know you hit a nerve and forced someone to react to what you are saying good or bad.

Until we start practicing empathy in this country, befriending ppl who do not look like us, and just simply asking them about their personal experience, we will always be quick to get defensive, attack, or feel guilty/triggered.

Don’t be afraid to have the conversation, some would be shocked to know what people who do not look like them experience every day

This clip is a good teaching tool. The police don't pick favourites and they will hit a girl. No issue. No prime directive. The fact that this cop pulled his gun out on a granny is a bit shocking. It's a tail light infraction after all. But even if you don't think you are guilty or don't agree with the law, take the ticket with a smile and fight it in court. You can't win on the side of the road, but you can certainly lose a lot more than you bargained for.

I agree, a very reachable tool, shows you can get away with resisting arrest, assaulting an officer, endangering an officer’s life and the public’s after speeding away, and verbally abusing the officer, and still live to see another day when White LOL

They should show this video to the academy, good stuff

Oooooooh then they should show what happens when a black person does everything listed above and compare the outcomes...interesting

I’m amazed he hit her with the taser too... but she was wronged than 2 left shoes. The problem is that when taking the ticket, right, wrong or otherwise you will always lose. The court is never sympathetic to the guy with the ticket because courts and police are about getting money. You go to court, you pay the ticket, the fees and you waste time. No matter how big of a dock the cop is the courts are on their side because they work together.

@TaurusXYZ For "fix-it" tickets, courts often dismiss the ticket if the item is fixed. Thus, she could have played this differently. As old as she is, you'd think that all of her menopausal bullshit would have calmed down.

Oh so it's ok to be ageist here and accuse people of homophobia elsewhere? Do you even realize how deeply bigoted you are?

You make idiotic homophobic comments multiple times a week in here as every other participant on these boards can attest. You're obviously proud of it and think it's super clever - just own it.

Stop making things up carlosasshat. You're a hypocrite. #OwnThat. You can say whatever you want about me but know two things are true (1) You can't hurt my feelings because I don't care about you and (2) unlike you I don't talk out of both sides of my mouth.

You do righteous indignation here for a supposed sin and then YOU commit the very sin you are so offended by in a different discussion. #OwnThat.

you CAN beat a ticket in court if you are correct. meaning for a traffic stop for speeding if they dont document it with a device you win. the judge will ask how the speed was measured. if your ticket indicates nothing then just get it verified by a 3rd party and present it to the magistrate. he or she will ask the officer for the original ticket which will prove your case. you win. #facts

This stop involved a "fix it" that the old bat flipped out over.

Most fix-it tickets are dismissed if you fix it.
