It is starting to look like Chevrolet is getting its muscle car back after a four-year hiatus. The Camaro will reportedly return to the market as a purely internal combustion muscle car, and it is most likely set to get General Motors' brand-new 6.7-liter LS6 small-block V8 with naturally aspirated firepower.

 

Chevrolet pulled the plug on the Camaro in December 2023. That was when the final example saw the light of day at the firm’s Lansing Grand River Assembly Plant in Michigan as a 2024 model year.
