The Maybach division has pulled the wraps off its ultra-luxurious take on the 2027 model year S-Class. With this mid-cycle refresh, Mercedes-Maybach rolls out a comprehensive digital overhaul, sharper design traits, and more personalization options than ever before. First and foremost, the range-topping S 680 represents entirely different mechanical architectures depending on where you live. In the United States, the spiciest 2027 Mercedes-Maybach S-Class of them all uses the old-school V12 we all know and love. From a displacement of 6.0 liters and with the help of two snails, the AMG-built engine of the SOHC variety makes 621 ponies and 664 pound-feet (900 Nm) of twist.
