The 2010 Kia Soul apparently became a strong seller by virtue of its styling. Taking its cue from the success of the model, the Korean brand followed it up with release of the latest Denim Soul, the first in a line of designer-version vehicles. What makes this new styling more dramatic than the AMC Gremlin Levis of the past is that the name Denim refers to the Soul’s interior rather than its exterior.
The exterior pain finish of the Denim Soul is a grey-blue color that outstandingly mimics a pair of jeans. Other features of the car are white accents, along with asymmetrical racing stripes, covers for the outdoor mirrors and 18-inch aluminum rims. Equipment details and other features have not yet been divulged by the carmaker, but reports say that it will also come with fog lights, a moon-roof, iPod interface, and embroidered seats. The expected price tag for the designer Soul, of which only 1,200 units will be produced, is a little above $17,300.
