he winner of the World Car of the Year will be announced next week at the New York Auto Show with the three finalists being the Audi TT, MINI Cooper and the Lexus LS 460. To be eligible for the World Car of the Year award, the car must be sold in two continents and at least five countries. The winner will be chosen by an international jury of 44 auto journalists from 22 countries.
The World Performance Car will also be announced next week with the three finalists being the Audi RS4, BMW 335i and the Porsche 911 Turbo.
