The 2022 Civic Type R's pictured here were recently put under some serious stress testing at the notorious Nardo Ring test track located in Italy. Honda could be trying to set a new top speed record.
The FK8 Type R hits a top speed of 180 mph currently and Honda is likely aiming to not only beat that but dethrone some Nardo record holders.
