Like the USC/UCLA football rivalry, I've really enjoyed the BMW/Lexus battle over the past few years.
If you remember when this current generation IS-Series was first released it was billed as the Lexus that would finally beat the 3-Series.
Especially, once the IS-F challenged the iconic M3.
And dang if they ever did come close!
But close is only good enough in bombs and grenades.
Remember, this is for the mother all automotive bragging rights and the 'ULTIMATE' sales driver in the most important premium segment on earth.
But now that the IS-Series is in the waning stages and it looks like Lexus is slipping we pose these four questions...
1. What did Lexus do WRONG/RIGHT on THIS generation IS-Series?
2. Do YOU believe they CAN and WILL finally bring the car that BEATS the 3-Series next time around?
3. What do they HAVE to do to the car to finally WIN?
4. If the next gen car IS what we see pictured here, is it a STUD or a DUD?
