Porsche's all-new 911, the 991, has been critically acclaimed as -- predictably -- the best 911 yet.

After 30 years of development, I certainly would hope so.

But one of the 911's downfalls is that it always seems to get negative attention because it's German and "cold." Some say it's lacking personality while others bemoan its "plain" interior. You know what they say, you can't please them all.

That said, we've noted that at the recent, big auto shows that Porsche has been displaying the new big daddy in muted colors that don't make the car POP.

In Chicago, that was a different story, as we saw the appearance of a BRIGHT blue 911.

When pictured with the 911 in a dark silver, does the BRIGHT blue car have greater appeal? Or, is the dark silver car more in line with how a Porsche should be spec'd?

Remember, AutoSpies.com is ranked number ONE, globally, on Google for auto show photos.
