The Lotus Sport Exige Cup is a track-ready edition of the Exige roadster that runs a more powerful version of the engine from the supercharged Exige S. Power is up to 252hp at a lofty 8000rpm and torque is 179lb-ft at 7000rpm. Those rpm figures may seem high, but the Toyota sourced four-cylinder engine just loves to rev.
Lotus claims the Sport Exige Cup can reach 0-60mph in a supercar-like 3.9 seconds, 0-100mph in less than 10 seconds all top speed of close to 160mph.
