This provides an interesting insight into what future Tesla Robotaxi customers will see when they hail a car.
 
The Tesla community is bustling with excitement as people await the carmaker to start a commercial robotaxi service in Austin next week. Elon Musk offered a "tentative" date for the service debut on June 22, although he also cautioned that the launch might be delayed. Tesla is "super paranoid about safety," he said, so the date might change, but the promised autonomous driving revolution is just around the corner.

On June 10, a Tesla fan posted on X.com a video of a Tesla Model Y with no one in the driver's seat, although a supervisor was in the passenger's seat. Another Model Y was following closely, again with one person in the car, but this time actively driving it. Since then, videos of driverless Tesla Model Ys have become common on social media, especially on Elon Musk's X.com.
