There has been a lot of talk about Ford and its S650 seventh-generation Mustang – whether people were appalled at the sight of the rumored $103k+ pricing for the Dark Horse SC or thrilled that you can get to 810 hp with just $10,500 on the GT and Dark Horse. But how about the trucks?
  
Well, it turns out that Ford’s sales dropped in February 2026 even though SUVs like the Bronco and Expedition or Explorer saw massive hikes during the frightful period. That’s because EVs fell, they killed the Escape model, and the little Maverick only grew by 1.1% during the period. Also, while the SUVs quickly surged, the company’s best-selling nameplate, the F-Series pickup, was down by no less than 17.2 percent after two months on the market.
