Since its launch back in 2021, the Gazoo Racing GR86 has captured the hearts and minds of people in the market for a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive sports car that drives like a racer. No less than 110,000 people bought themselves one since that time, making it the best-selling model in Gazoo’s lineup. And the offering just got even better with a series of upgrades announced this week.
The Japanese carmaker didn’t modify the mechanical setup of the vehicle, but it did include in the revised model a series of targeted fine tweaks that should make the GR86 even more fun to drive, but also a sort of throwback to the Toyota 86 that was launched back in 2012.
