As you’re reading this, the 2026 Monterey Car Week is in full swing over in California, with everybody who’s anybody in the luxury carmaking business on scene to display their latest creations. Among them is, of course, British Aston Martin, which traveled there with an impressive collection of cars, including three one-offs put together by the Q by Aston Martin division.
All three newcomers are DB12 S models, and they have been modified in such a way as to pay tribute to both the sporting roots of the Pebble Beach Concours D'Elegance, the culmination of the Monterey Car Week, and to the Aston Martin racing cars of way back in 1951, the three DB2 vehicles that were part of that year's Le Mans 24-hour race.
