Over the weekend I posted a short video of some pretty off the wall Japanese tuners and their rides. Well it seems the Japanese haven't cornered the market on the wildest rides just yet. Check out a few of these German enthusiasts strut their stuff and you make the judgement for yourself who is the most offbeat.

Who knows maybe the Audi or VW has their undercover spies there for a future "innovation".
