While the exterior remains faithful to the prototype, the E92 M3’s interior is kinda of a let down as we where expecting something more than a stock cabin with red dial gauges.
As it's already known, the M3 which will go on sale this autumn, will be equipped with a “chopped” version of the M5’s V10, a 4.0-liter V8 delivering 420Hp and a peak torque of 400 Nm or 295 lb-ft (top engine speed is 8,300 rpm). According to BMW, the E92 M3 needs 4,8 sec for the 0 to 100 km/h (62mph) sprint (0,4 sec faster than the current model) while top speed will be electronically limited to 250 km/h (155mph)
