What does 001 drive?

It may surprise you…

I drive a 2004 BMW 745li.

It’s my third 7 (Had an 02, 03 and now an 04) and my 12th BMW in the last five years

Why?

Because it’s the simply the best car in its class, by a long shot.

I didn’t say it was the prettiest car, just the best.

Although, now that I’ve seen the 5-series, it looks much better to me.

It’s like an average looking girl who’s great in bed.

Of course, I bought it from Robert and Greg at Alexander BMW in LA...They're great!

So for all the people who email me from time to tell me they think the Auto Spies don’t like BMW, let’s put that rumor to rest…

1. BMW articles are always the most popular
2. They make the best driving cars on earth
3. They’re our favorite brand even though we’re not fond of most of the new designs
4. It’s our job

My three favorite features on the car are the integrated phone, adaptive headlights and the active cruise control system. Active cruise works like a charm and is better than the Infiniti and MB versions.
