Department of Public Safety films such as "Blood on the Highway" used to typify defensive driving propaganda, to hopefully brainwash those ticketed for ignoring the speed limits.
Effective as it may have been back in the 70's, it is doubtful that todays target audience will be swayed quite as much. So The Aussies have started a new campaign using peer pressure to hopefully influence would be speeders.
The unorthodox angle is that speeders must have short comings below the beltline. That may work for 50% of the population, but what about the ladies side of the equation. We wonder what angle they might choose for them?
