Here’s what they are reporting on the Lincoln Blackwood
Bob Maxey's sales manager Rick Doyle shows off a discontinued $53,000 Lincoln Blackwood, now selling at a bargain price of under $40,000. Savvy buyers can find discontinued models at cut-rate deals.
Synopsis:
So instead of allowing the tuxedoed trucks to languish on dealer lots, Ford Motor Co.'s domestic luxury brand dipped deep into its incentive kitty and reduced the Blackwood's wholesale price to dealers by $10,000.
By October, dealers were shaving off an extra few thousand dollars and the hulking Blackwood was rolling off their lots at the fire sale price of about $40,000, according to J.D. Power and Associates data.
