Another 7-series refresh?

Here is ANOTHER look at what the 7-series refresh could look like.

Letter from the designer:

Dear 001,

The attached image reflects a modification of the current model 745i front end. My intention was to create a look that was more appropriate and conservative, logically flowing from previous generation 740.

While very much an amateur effort, I wanted to render something that was closer to the car that I was imagining / anxiously awaiting when the 745 was first announced. To do this required:

1. Lowering the hood line.
2. Lowering the bumper.
3. Making the grill taller and more kidney shaped.
4. Inverting and slightly reshaping the air scoop.
5. Switching to dual projector lens lighting.
6. Moving the headlamps inward and closer together.
7. Exposing the entire headlamp assembly.
8. Removing the "eyebrow" lighting.
9. Reshaping and extending the turn signal assembly.
10. Reshaping the lens cover.
11. Replacing the retractable headlamp washers with small non-retractable assemblies.
12. Slightly resculpting the side mirrors.
13. Numerous other small tweaks.
