Lancia’s portfolio is set to expand with several hot models supposedly making a return. Names like Aurelia and Delta are currently being tossed around the rumor mill, and we now have a rendering of what one of these new models is purported to look like.
The car’s mechanicals will be based on the Fiat Bravo hatch, which means its dimensions will be similar, stretching close to 4.5m in length and 1.8m across. Power will come from a range of turbocharged petrol and diesel engines mated to either a six-speed manual or automatic gearboxes. To keep costs low, the car will feature a folding soft-top and luxury items will be shared with several other Fiat models. These include a Bose stereo system, Fiat’s Blue&Me entertainment and communications system and dual-zone air conditioning.
