One of the most disappointing things we experience when we drive the German and American cars with navigation systems, is the poor software user interface they all have compared to the Asian vehicles.
Current state of the art in our opinion is on the 2005 Acura RL (too bad the car drives and looks like a turd), followed closely by the Lexus and Nissan offerings.
We've always said these systems should not only be as easy to use as a Macintosh but the interface screens should LOOK great as well...
Two interfaces that look encouraging to us are on the Infiniti M45 and this Nissan Azeal concept.
They are really great screen designs!
