The good news...
The new Porsche 997 is selling well.
The bad news...
The old 996 resale value is getting absolutely hammered.
The Spies are told that Porsche is selling the last remaining brand new 996 units to dealers for $12,000 back of invoice!
We're also told dealers have so many of the older used ones in stock they've stopped buying them unless they can absolutely STEAL them from customers.
That can't be good for people trying to sell their older models.
