To be fair to the car salespeople, we'll turn this question around and ask them their opinions.
It could end up really being a long list but we're going to try...
Of course the normal things like lying and cheating would top any list like this but we will focus on the things that make them REALLY hate dealing with us.
We'll start the list and we'll ask the car salespeople to finish adding points we may have missed.
These opinions are not listed in any priority...just random things that piss them all off when we come shopping for a car.
1. Why do customers put salespeople through all kinds of rigors with ABSOLUTELY no intention of buying a car?
2. Why do customers 'chicken out' at the last minute of a car purchase?
3. Why do customers tell salespeople their credit score is good when it's not and then get mad at a salesperson, when they can't end up doing the deal or giving them the lowest price, becuase of the poor credit score?
4. Why do people use the lame excuse, I need to ask my husband or wife before I buy this?
Everyone knows customer's are just stalling for time or they want to shop the dealer further.
Ok salespeople....now it's your turn.
Please help the auto customers of the world so we know the ins and outs of getting the best deal without wasting anyone's time.
And if you know a customer like this, PLEASE email them this article.
