For 2006, Lexus gave the GS a styling makeover. It's a hunkered-down look that has a mild fling with the current trend of trying to make a sedan look like a coupe. From there, we leave the styling question to the beholder.
Our test GS had a 4.3-liter, 300-horsepower eight under the hood. It's so refined that in normal city driving, it will be your virtually silent partner.
