The Geneva Motor Show is one of the premier automotive events every year. But this year, it is going to be a truly outstanding auto show as there are a dizzying amount of new models and introductions from an array of brands. Even as I write this there is news breaking and I am bound to miss some of the hottest cars at the show!
This show will be sure to entertain. Let's look at some of the news that has caught our eyes:
BMW- M5 Concept has been rumored to be making an appearance this year with upwards of 580-hp
- The X6 will be sporting some all-new performance parts, which will enhance power as well as looks
MINI- Introduction of new technology, MINI Connected
- Its all-new offering, the Countryman, will be seen for the first time in the flesh
Mercedes-Benz- F800 Style 'baby CLS' will be on the show floor displaying Benz's latest design direction
Audi- The hotly anticipated RS5, which was leaked this week will be officially unveiled
- A MINI competitor, the A1, will be seen for the first time
Lexus- Seemingly based on the LF-CH, Lexus' CT200h is set to make an appearance and be the brand's first hatchback vehicle
Volkswagen- Launch of "R" division
- Their sub-Golf car, the Polo will show up in GTI spec
- The all-new, rugged Touareg gets a redesign for 2011
Porsche- Although it has been leaked, the all-new Cayenne is said to be making its way to the Swiss event
- Not everything is for consumers, as Porsche plans to bring along its GT3 R Hybrid race car
- A new Turbo S boasting 530-horsepower will show its face
Ferrari- No one ever thought this day would come but the 599 Hybrid Concept has been scheduled to be unveiled
Pininfarina- As the Spies showed you earlier this week, their Alfa Romeo-based Spider Concept looks like it will be a stunner
Lamborghini- The beastly LP570-4 SuperVeloce will likely be in some bright livery, ensuring to drop jaws
