According to Bmw chief executive Norbert Reithofer, the German manufacturer will offer the 5-Series as a full hybrid early next year but it is also considering a hybrid version of the smaller 3-Series. This move comes due to the fact the Bmw wants to reduce carbon emissions by at least another 25 percent between 2008 and 2020.
