Rumors are circulating that Lotus Cars Ltd. is considering getting the services of former General Motors Co. product guru Bob Lutz and retired BMW executive Tom Purves to provide advice regarding its five-year turnaround plan.
According to two sources, Lutz has been in talks with Lotus but there has been no formal offer extended to him yet.
