For years, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class was lacking a true two-door competitor.
Sure, for a brief period of time, there was a C-Class compact coupe that didn't really kill U.S. sales. Still on sale in Europe and known as the CLC, it will be getting a proper replacement, finally.
Now the spied C-Coupe we are seeing for the first time is something that looks like it could possible lure buyers away from their Audi A5 2.0t or BMW 328i.
The lightly camouflaged C-Coupe mule, you can essentially get a good look at what the final design will look like if you take your time looking at the fine details in its design. Likely, it will roll out when the C-Class get its refresh featuring some updates in form of LED running lights and some other doodads.
It looks like the 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe will have a short-lived spotlight...

The C-cret is out. Snapped virtually undisguised for the first time is the Mercedes C-Class Coupe. The newcomer replaces the ageing CLC and is set to join the C-Class range early next year when facelifted versions of the saloon and estate arrive.
The new coupe will retain the front and rear ends from the C-Class saloon whilst featuring just two-doors and a unique roofline and windows. What remains disguised is the rear side window which is expected to feature a distinct design trait unique to Mercedes, in the same vein as BMW’s Hofmeister kink...
