Mercedes-Benz revealed today the brand new 2011 S63 AMG, the latest generation of the sports sedan which was previewed at this year’s Geneva Motor Show.
As you expected, the new car receives the new 5.5-liter V8 biturbo engine, dubbed internally as the M157, which replaces the old AMG 6.3-litre naturally aspirated V8 engine with a displacement of 6208 cc. The engine delivers an impressive 400 kW (544 hp) and maximum torque of 800 Nm, but for those who want more, AMG offers the Performance package which increases the numbers to 420 kW (571 hp) and 900 Nm.
