In order to achieve a total production of 4,500 units, McLaren is set to introduce one model per year for the next five years. These words came from McLaren North American chief Tony Joseph who also added that the British manufacturer already built a prototype of an upcoming vehicle. Currently, McLaren plans to sell 1,000 units of the MP4-12C in its first year of production, but due to the demand for this car it appears that this number will be easily achieved.
