To ensure that rental-car companies, including Avis Budget Group Inc. and Hertz Global Holdings Inc., complete repairs on recalled vehicles, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will be publicizing its investigation. The administrator of the US auto-safety regulator, David Strickland, said he's working to make public the probe he initiated last week into the repair history of 29 US models in rental-car fleets.
