As the headline reads, "And The FUN Begins." That's the best way to describe the Detroit Auto Show. Although it has lost its way in the past couple of years due to a dismal automotive industry and an even more depressed Detroit, the Agents think this is going to be an outstanding show for 2011.

It seems that since the 2010 Paris Motor Show, everyone is getting back on track and turning up the heat. Products are getting sexier and more competitive, and even Porsche is coming to this year's Detroit show with a big reveal. Although much of the speculation is pointing to a 918 Coupe, we cannot confirm that just yet.

But before we turn our attention and look forward to next week's chaos, let's take a walk down memory lane and see what the past Detroit shows have brought to fruition.

Some of these concepts never made it to production, for example, take a look at the gorgeous and modern interpretation of the Lamborghini Miura. Or how about the Ford Airstream and Acura NSX concepts from the 2007 Detroit Auto Show?
