In line with BMW’s decision to concentrate on wireless services, the carmaker has signed an agreement with AT&T for an enhanced suite of connected service to be offered through its mobile broadband network. Wireless services, including traffic information, safety or infotainment functions, are highly sought after in vehicles but the problem is that the price for these features remains high. That is why these features could only be seen in premium cars, either as standard or optional.
