It has to be. I mean, just look at it.
Bathed in a beautifully done matte red, the Alfa Romeo 4C is a stunning piece of metal as it makes its debut at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. One thing that is interesting; it is smaller than you think.
Take note of its teeny proportions. After you digest that, consider this: with all of the use of aluminum and carbon fiber, the car weighs less than 850kg, which is less than 1,900 pounds! That's unhead of in today's market.
Granted, something tells me that much carbon would NEVER make its way into a production vehicle, which is expected to price for around 45,000 Euros.
Here's the good news, according to Alfa, it plans to bring the 4C to the real world with production starting in late 2012. Expect it to make an appearance in the States too!
With styling elements derived from what appears to be an Alfa 8C (front end), Ferrari 599 (rear & taillights) and Lotus Evora (roofline), it doesn't seem to get much better than this.
I'll take mine in matte red too, please.
