In a recent statement, Spyker Cars N.V. gave assurances about the finances of its Swedish carmaker Saab after it was forced to stop production for a short time while it discussed payments and supply terms with its suppliers. Spyker said Saab Automobile has “sufficient means to meet its immediate liquidity needs from existing and available sources.”
