Ever since Vince Vaughn uttered that infamous phrase, you better believe it had people talking. Sure, it was a movie trailer but individuals take a  look a themselves and take it to heart. How do I know?

Just look at electric vehicle sales, which haven't been off to a roaring start. When's this phenomena going to take off, if at all?

With that said, Nissan introduced one of the more intriguing vehicles at the 2011 New York Auto Show, the Nissan Leaf NISMO RC. RC stands for "racing competition."

The idea behind this car is that Nissan will be the pioneer of next-generation green racing. Although, it wouldn't be a 12 hour endurance race given that in Nissan's press release, it estimates in all out racing the car can only go for approximately 20 minutes.

Sitting with an aggressive stance and two-door body, should Nissan introduce a sported-up Leaf to take aim at SPORTY alternative energy vehicles, like the Honda CR-Z?
