It's odd, driving the 2011 Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid, to look down at the instrument panel and see the tachometer drop to zero, especially when the speedometer is reading, say, fifty or sixty miles per hour. Or seventy. Or even, we're told, 96 miles per hour.
