If you didn't get a good look at 009's post from earlier today on the Volkswagen Golf R convertible, well there's plenty more where that came from.
At a huge Volkswagen festival in Austria, VW brought several products out from hiding. A couple included the Golf GTI and Golf R convertibles, while another pair were found on site in form of two customized Golf R's.
These two "studies" were built to show off the customization capabilities of the new Golfs. The silver-hued Golf is a unique color but the real pretty things are seen upon closer inspection. Take a look at the polished wheels carbon mirror caps and orange brake calipers. Growing from there, the car features a two-tone interior and plenty of little details that define tasteful mods. For instance, it has piano black painted seatbacks, carbon fiber trim on the steering wheel, shifter and door sills.
The second Golf R features a set of wheels new to the Golf and a bright blue paint job.
