Well, this is an oddity.
A Carscoop reader came across a peculiar couple of test mules in Ohio. The thing is no one knows what they are. That's because they appear to have a Cadillac facade yet have a rounded-off shape that is reminiscent of recent Buicks. Even more confusing is their apparent size.
If it were the ATS I am confident it wouldn't appear as bulky. This seems to be the same proportions of a Buick LaCrosse.
I am thoroughly stumped on this one but IF I had to guess, I'd lean towards the XTS because the front grill is so prominent.

Maybe you can help us out here. A Carscoop reader, who prefers to remain anonymous, nabbed these photos of an identical pair of camouflaged prototype sedans at a tollbooth in Ohio.
The photos were shot from a distance with a cell phone camera, so it’s difficult to tell the brand and make of the vehicles. Our unnamed reader told us that the front end looked like a Cadillac but the rest of the car reminded him of a Buick, and we’ll agree with him...
