Now what is BMW going to do with this car?
Could this be a loose take on a futuristic 1M, as we saw with the last-generation 1-Series or is it merely going to be just a series of options for hardcore 1 lovers?
Additionally, I'll be the first to say it, this 1-Series is a bit perplexing in the looks department. With its big schnoz and large headlights, something tells me that its not going to be winning any design awards soon.
With that said, does the Performance Studie do the trick for you over the standard car?
Today, we're happy to share the first photos of the final car, the "BMW Performance Studie 1-series". BMW apparently showed this car during their dealer presentation taking place in Frankfurt, and three shots magically made it to our inbox. You can see the Performance front and rear bumpers which appear to be even more aggressively styled than the F20 M-Sport front bumper. Also present are the 'love em or hate em' performance stripes and a new Performance wheel in what looks like 19" size. We wouldn't be suprised if this car also had some kind of factory engine tuning or performance enhancements...
