The Subaru/Toyota project, know as Toyabaru -- not really --, has been long-awaited and we're starting to see the fruits of both firm's labor.

Although it may be tempting to launch it as a low-cost entrant, I think it would do the marque some good to keep it capable, armed with a nice interior and make it a Toyota product.
Subaru, on the other hand, hasn't really shown us much until recently. At one of the major autoshows, it technically debuted the BRZ but it was only the car's frame. Not exactly stirring too many emotions there.

These spy pictures show an advanced version of the new Subaru BRZ, which will be displayed in concept form at the Frankfurt motor show next week.
The images of the car testing indicate the sleek styling of the all-new baby sports coupé, which is a collaboration between Subaru and Toyota.
The BRZ – stands for “boxer engine, rear-wheel-drive, zenith”, with the latter word claimed to embody Subaru’s “ultimate passion” – was first seen in concept form at the Geneva show earlier this year...
