As the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show creeps up on us, it's that time of the year again. It is time for the Green Car of the Year to be picked out. But with this year bringing MORE green cars to the playground, it looks like there's going to be one helluva showdown at the flag pole.

This year's finalists are more varied than we would have expected. That tells us two things -- either these alternative energy products are becoming that pervasive, OR Green Car Journal is starting to open up its eyes to the possibilities of other challengers.

You can chose from a hybrid, natural gas, electric, or diesel products.

We DON'T want you to chose the vehicle that you would buy tomorrow, we want you to THINK about this for a minute and let us know WHICH vehicle has the greatest possible chance to make an impact in the future. Try to think ahead of the curve on this one.
