From dead in the water to fit as a fiddle in a single stroke of a pen, Circuit of The Americas management says the track and its United States Grand Prix are now a "go" for 2012. Construction on the 3.4-mile racetrack been halted when the Texas comptroller's office refused to front the $25 million it had pledged to pay the F1 sanctioning fee. But officials now say they've reached an agreement with F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone that paves the way for a date on the F1 calendar next year.
