Today marked that time of the year again. Serving as a follow up from last year's first-time ever Bimmerfest East, the second annual east coast BMW gathering was held today in Aberdeen, Maryland.

That means I packed my things into an all-new Porsche 911 Carrera S cabriolet and made my way down from New Jersey.

Frankly, after last year's show I wasn't sure how many people would show or how it would go, but our friends from Bimmerfest certainly impressed today. That's because the show was a blowout when compared to last year's first-time effort. The lot at Ripken Stadium was completely jam packed with Bimmerphiles from up and down the east coast.

Hell, even one participant drove cross country from California in a Z4!

What was particularly noteworthy was the variety of vehicles this year. There were gorgeous, Concours worthy 2002s and 3.0 CS', and then there were tricked-out BMWs, like the orange and black 6-Series that can be best described as a "donk."

The only way to really capture the essence of the entire show is to go through our Part I feature of the event, which has more than 300 photos LIVE right this second!
