After looking on the web and also looking at the June 2006 JD Power and associates reviews on Initial quality ratings I found that the traditional bad quality cars (Ford, GM, and Dodge) had better ratings then the top luxury cars in the world (MB, BMW, Audi). While Porsche and Jaguar were the only European luxury cars above the industry average. Why do you think the European top dogs don't have better initial quality ratings? Does this hamper their superiority over the Japanese luxury brands?
