My wife and I bought a used car last week, a 2011 Ford Fusion. We're pretty excited. It's smaller than the minivan we don't need anymore but not too small. Highly rated. Fun to drive. Good gas mileage. A quiet ride with a sunroof and a nice radio. It's clean -- no scratches, no stains, only 17,000 miles. And the price was right. All good, except for a critical flaw I discovered only after we drove it home and parked it in our driveway: The Ford Fusion is a Mexican import.
