When Toyota Motor Sales introduced us to the Scion FR-S, which we fell in love with at the New York Auto Show, we knew it was a damn good looking product. So much so, we even asked if it was better looking than the LFA.

Yes, we know it was a concept and an apples to oranges comparison but we don't care.

When the production Scion FR-S finally dropped though, it still bore some likeness to Lexus' gift to the world, the LFA. Of course some pieces were altered but I did wonder if anyone would take some fiberglass, get creative and build an FR-S, wannabe LFA from the production Scion.

It happened when Audi came out with the R8. You'd see TT's sporting side blades. It happened when Porsche introduced the Carrera GT. Boxsters suddenly sported similar cues. And, it even happened when Nissan dropped the GT-R. G35/37 coupes can be seen sporting similar front grille treatments.

Well the FR-S, LFA Edition's time has come!

Take a look at the pictures below and let us know -- is this idea AWESOME or AWFUL?
